Luck has more arm talent than most of those guys. I don't know why you include Kaepernick in this discussion because he's overrated and older than the rest.
D Styles made his post, so I was making a comment based on that, I will admit Kap's completion percentage is an issue, but arm talent belongs to either Cam or Kap, the knock on Luck was his arm strength, again the numbers show a different story when you compare all these dudes, plus Bouldin can't get open so Kap's only target is Vernon Davis, once he gets Manningham (or Nicks through a trade) I think Kap will look better than he does right now, again the media has been slurping up Luck and I just don't get the hype, he made a few comebacks and now he's in the Hall of Fame and a two time Super Bowl winner. Remember, Luck has a Hall of Fame receiver who is still playing at a high level, a very nice second year guy in Hilton, a former top ten pick as a number three in Bey, Luck's old TE from Standford who's pretty solid, a solid RB (not great but solid) and a few other decent RBs for rotational purposes, he has a lot of talent, this was not a 2-14 team when he got drafted, again I just think he's overrated right now.

You want to bring up every single draft pick every team has made over the last decade or so and nit pick for a bust here or there? I guarantee you this few if any teams have picked up as many future hall of famers in that same amount of time as the Colts. Manning, Edge, Marvin Harrison, Reggie Wayne, Robert Mathis, and now possibly Luck.
