I dont support any measure to incriminate any more black/ brown peoples...
That being said, this shyt has too many variables to be enforced as a law.
1. It assumes only men spread their legs when sitting down, which is a gendered stereotype
2. what about fat, tall people, etc.
3. you cant make laws against people being a$$holes. Will they start ticketing people who talk too loud on the phone on the train?
I just find it overly-hypocritical when they try to enforce this as a law, yet will glorify the supposed "freedoms" of America. Don't I have a right to sit however I choose? I can own an AR-15, and say kill (insert marginalized identity here), but I cant spread my legs without having a court date? Ridiculous.
And Chet, Blake, Harry and Ryan are not being charged with this.
