Change your life by breaking your pockets. Why do people always think there is some hidden gem shyt out here that scientists fail to let the world know about? First it was niacin, then black seed oil, then seamoss, then local honey, then manuka honey...nikkas still out here broke as shyt and unhealthy after all this nonsense.

I'll be damned if I didn't just accidentally pick some up from Whole Foods. I picked up some fruit, salads, and snacks. That shyt came out to $120. I said to myself “I’m going back to the regular grocery stores these prices are getting ridiculous!”. I get home, look at the receipt and I’ll be damned if the honey I picked up on a whim was 50 damn dollars.

My 5 yeah old had a cough that kept coming back every other week. I tried everything all the cough medicine, none of them work and the only thing work was organic raw honey. He haven't had a cough in couple months. Now we eat a tablespoon of honey every morning to break our fast.
