Didn't Gordon come out last week and admit he ran the wrong route on both of Hoyers interceptions?

I know Hoyer is a bit more Alex Smith/Trent Dilfer than most people like to see out of their QB, but I dunno...this is iffy to me if I'm the head coach. He must really feel like Manziel is going to give them a better chance to win these last 3 games, which is fukking surprising as shyt to me. Turn your playoff contention team over to a rookie QB in week 13 by choice brehs....

Pettine stood strong with Hoyer last week after the Bills game. Everyone wanted Manziel to start then and he gave Hoyer a chance to shut everyone up this Sunday. But hoyer did the opposite. He overthrew Gabriel and Gordon on 2 guaranteed TD passes. He still threw interceptions and the only offensive TD we scored was from Tha Crow. The defense played the best iv seen them play all season. Pettine needs the offense to score and Hoyer hasnt been able to do that for multiple weeks in a row. He played himself out of the job.Time to give Johnny his opportunity.

Good luck with that man. You watch the team so I'll take your word for it....but still, that's a rookie QB really late in the season. Maybe he'll be a beast, who knows.

Anybody who watched the whole game against the Colts know this the right move. Johnny might not be ready yet but he can make plays that Hoyer can't.

Never saw so many off the back foot throws by a rookie qb than I did yesterday with Manzeil.
