Well, there's a huge gap in other things involving Asians.

Uh.... huh? the Black male graduation rate was 52% in the same period. I don't think that Vietnamese are at the bottom of the barrel here. Vietnamese are doing comparably well in the united states, and they are improving year after year.

Like I said before, Filipinos are by far the largest SEA group and they are not far behind the East Asians.

Filipinos are not far behind whites in scores. In fact they perform a tad bit better in Math.

deceitful and treacherous writing/reporting by cacs. instead of AA outperforming everyone they had to throw in "along with whites" to make themselves feel better huh? pathetic and lumping all AA into one group is misleading and unfair to the southeast asians who don't typically fair well in school like chinese, japanese and koreans.

why dont these cacs research and report on what helps minority kids perform better in school or how to improve low-income communities

There is huge gap between Whites (along with Asians) when compared to Blacks and to a lessor degree Latinos. Is there another way to describe this that doesn't appear to be "slick" in your opinion?

because the article was about asians, their was no need to include whites in the asian bracket, on the contrary, whites should have been sized up against asians state by state so we can see the difference in performance.

If the goal is to fix a problem then there are plenty of other categories, or lines to be drawn. You can't change skin color, so why should we be anylizing which skin color is doing what.

And even then how is a comparison between one skin color and a multitude of different ethnicities even valid in the first place?
