The Wayans Bros could pull a stunt like this and get away with it. Nick Cannon can't. Part of why the Wayans Bros pulled it off is because it had the context of an over the top comedy movie around it. That's why Chappelle and Robert Downey Jr were able to do it. Nick did this unprovoked and outside of a comedy setup like a TV show or movie.
