Jenkin was spotted walking at Millom pier. He stripped naked and was reported crawling along the ground with a plastic pipe inserted into his backside.

I mean I know it's a 'minimum term' but frankly if I was the judge I would have said 'sorry old chap kind of exhausted the whole of idea of freedom thing,what with chopping up your mother sister and dog with an axe and fukking your sisters corpse ,whats with the pipe up your arrse thing by the way did you believe you were a submarine ?'.
