I fukks with Marc and Kanye but dude is right. Kanye doesn't need these people to make some shyt that could get respect. People forget that none of these major fashion houses jumped the line...Kanye has more of a financial platform than Chanel had with Boy Capel when she started with one damn store, LV got paid from the patents on ONE damn flat top trunk and pattern ect. Kanye wants to see the success of his brand immediately and 9 times out of 10 that won't happen. If he's serious then he'll do his thing, commit the bread to it and open a store in Chicago or whatever and hopefully it sells.
Fashion isn't something you do for a quick turn around, it might be years or decades before you really see the results, the fashion world WON'T accept Kanye until he realizes that his race isn't the only hurdle, but that money and nepotism won't buy his way in. Keep making pieces, keep making shows and perhaps then they might say "kanye may have something here"
