I thought my boy Larry shoulda won it, but oh well.

And I love the "worst trade ever" shyt from the Lakers crowd. Without that trade, A. Kobe is still stuck on 3 rings, and B. Marc woulda never had a chance to develop in LA. Any Lakers fan that shyts on that trade clearly doesn't know shyt about basketball, or how ego-centric Kobe really is.

Anyways, congrats to Marc.

yea because Bynum didn't develop in LA and Kobe had no role in that :snoop:

I was clearly trolling about worst trade ever breh. Although if I remember correctly, we could have held out and kept Gasol and traded someone else but I don't know if that was confirmed.

Meh. Bynum didn't really have to develop like Marc did, and his attitude is completely different than Gasol's (in that he he's much more aggressive in wanting the ball, and wanting to shoot). I'd venture to say that he became what he did despite Kobe. Let's not forget that getting Bynum the ball on a consistent basis was like pulling teeth for quite a while.

As far as that last point, I'd have to think that if they coulda kept Marc, they would've. I'd imagine that having them 2 brothers on the same team woulda been great for both, so if they could've, they should've.

Not a bad choice though i thought they would try to give it to Bron to have him win that and MVP in the same year. Noah probably would have won it if the Bulls had more wins and he wouldnt have missed so many games. Larry Sanders would have been a good choice but he probably didnt play enough minutes to really warrant the voters attention.
