and idiots still stay the lakers raped memphis in the pau trade :snoop:

they got marc gasol and zach randolph as a result of that trade

cmon man they got lucky. zbo was labeled a black hole and team cancer, who knew he would grow up and this would work out. there's no way they planned this.

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
people talk about noah passing but he can't see gasol. i'm a huge gasol fan, top 5 just sounds :wow:

you taking gasol over cousins and dwight?

he's def the most offensively advanced big man, just doesnt put up the same rebounding numbers as the other centers

if memphis add another scorer they can win it all

It's a shame they didn't get JJ Barea, that kind of irrational offensive minded player off the bench for them could put them over the top. I don't even think they need a big time wing scorer, like if they had a Jamal Crawford type coming off the bench they'd probably be the favs to win it all.

I don't really have a definitive top 5, given that it's always interchangeable (except for Bron and Durant). But AD, Curry and Gasol have been the best players this season. Seriously the only thing stopping Gasol from being a top 5 player was his aggressiveness on the offense end. Dude is arguably the best defensive anchor in the league, one of the best passing bigs, he just needed to up his scoring output, which he has done so far this season. He doesn't have any weaknesses in his game.

:dahell:

who gives a sh*t if they got lucky or not?

They got gasol and zbo from the trade, therefore they did not get raped

the fact that the media and posters from the coli didn't expect gasol to be this good doesn't change that fact

I think they need a wing who's a consistent scorer that can create his shot in any situation to get up to that level. :manny:

Why could Roy Hibbert play at least half as good?

He went to college all 4 years and has all the tools to score 18ppg

JJ Barea off the bench would have been fine for that role, not necessarily the most consistent, but good enough to take over a game here and there without breaking the bank.

Jeff Green might be on the market, and his contract for Prince works :mjpls: But Ainge would most likely want their first rounders until around 2034.

Green would be a great look, especially since he's been move active this season too. He'd be just what they need.
