Who is apologizing for hamas/hezbollah? And Hezbollah is Lebanese, not Palestinian.
The phrase has been used multiple ways by multiple parties to mean multiple different things. It's basic meaning is just the entire area of Israel. There's no "secret" about what Hill meant, listen to the damn speech, he spells out exactly what he's talking about.
This is like one of those damn conspiracies where people were claiming that Obama's words were secret Muslim codewords. Either Hill meant what he said during his speech....or he was lying the rest of the time and only let his true intentions known by slipping out a codephrase in order to give comfort to his terrorist allies for the purpose of...what exactly?
I only pay attention to dog whistle claims when there's actually something to be gained. When people start talking about secret underlying meanings like this I'm all

Uh, I actually don't cape for Israel. I can't stand Bibi or Likud. I don't think it works that way.
I'm not comfortable with the genocide of Israeli Jews the way a lot of people are on this forum are as I've said time and time again. Don't bother denying it.
Palestinians are used as pawns and it's a failing of the Muslim world. The lack of self awareness on it's part is beyond cult like. Palestinians have been kept in third countries as refugees for generations in dismal conditions because there is no self reflection.
