To you.

Not "bad", no.

Not having as valid an opinion without having even tangentially-accurate reasoning, yes.
Sure, you can just assign morality to anything if that's what you really want to do. That doesn't make it sound just because you want it to be so.

Second phase doesn't make sense. You can gather information without being in a situation. I don't need to get stabbed to know it hurts.

How do you know what her options are? Are you a woman? Are you a breh saying this from the POV of a woman? She might have excessive expectations but to say she doesn't have options is wild lol

I was responding to someone saying she has “mad options” as in an abundance of quality options. Of course she has options. But the reality is she’s a 50 year old woman with a public rep that most quality men aren’t trying to commit to. I’m saying this as a breh who knows the types of women that the vast majority of quality brehs in her age range are interested in wifing.

If you are a man that does well for himself, and care about your image and legacy, why would you wife Melissa ford? She’s been attached to rappers, works on a podcast with men, and went real estate and screwed that up.

Now as a side chick or hooking up randomly I def see that but not calling her the mother of your kids.

I’m shocked that she took some accountability.

I don’t think Marc being on this show is good for his brand though.
but it is he's now gaining a broader audience read braoder paying audience for his own youtube platform and books he puts out. 7 million listeners monthly.

shes been engaged before i'm pretty sure/ but she was prolly caught up in the life and ended it with him
exactly that. which says she doesn't value or prioritize marriage. truth is a lot of whores and i mean that in a literal sense don't feel worthy of that level of romantic stability. she doesn't believe she can hack it in a marriage so she maneuvers her way out of every serious relationship someway somehow.

Yeah that’s what I’m saying. Given her age, Melyssa’s looks no longer create enough separation from other women to tolerate her reputation. She’s basically the dating equivalent of Terrell Owens.

Swimming in the ocean involves risk of drowning, sharks, box jellyfish, all kinds of things. That's not a reason to refuse to learn to swim.

That's life. Everything can hurt you.

You can also swim in a pool and avoid the risk of all the animals you mentioned.

Not sure why you need to assign morality to your preference.

And limit yourself to similarly-stunted people in your environment, yes.

There's no "need" involved. The poster I quoted said they didn't get the logic, so I explained it. Any relationship involves agreed-upon base principles, from casual acquaintance to the building blocks of nations. If you disagree, if you want to stick to your pool, okay...you're going to carry the weight of that choice like everyone else.

So is the right answer that they are both high value or neither of the high value? Is Marc divorced twice, is that why he asked?

...or you learn quickly, excel and become a competitive swimmer.

:manny:

Now you're moving the goal post. We're talking about marriage specifically not relationships.

A marriage is a business contract that you're assigned mortality to. There are 1000 scenarios that can make a marriage immoral however you've decided to over look that.

Seems like the person limiting their pool is you.

A competitive swimmer...in a pool. You can't fish, you can't trade, you can't do a host of other things along the lines of the metaphor that follow real life. You're splashing about in a pool and limiting yourself because it makes you feel safe.

Now you're moving the goal post. We're talking about marriage specifically not relationships.

You can repeat that "business contract" thing all you like, it won't apply anywhere outside of your head. The world doesn't revolve around just you nor I. And the only reason this thread exists, why people keep fumbling about with the same relationship issue over and over to no purpose, is that their "business contract" way is simply not working.

So if I'm limiting my "pool" as you claim - and I have not - it would be to emotionally functional people and those willing to learn.
