obama is a centrist though. bernie wheels out many liberal policies that seam indefeasible. i just think there's a major disconnect when he brings up native american genocide, but ignores slavery. i'm not fully expecting him to actually come out with a policy of reparations because that's more political suicide than free colleges, criticizing israel and attacking wall street. however, i think it is tone def to bring up native american atrocities and ignoring slavery when he clearly has a problem securing the black vote.

i'm still a bernie stan :whoa:
I know, I'm not getting on you. I just find it very hypocritical, and a blatant pass, not to care that Obama never raised the issue. He was asked, in one of the first 5 debates, and he said he was for reparations in 2008. That's when he knew he needed the Black vote. I don't think reparations are impossible, but if you can't keep the police from killing you, with our White "friends", how the fukk are you going to get anything like that started without crippling political capital we all agree he needs?

There's going to have to be A LOT of racial healing before that issue should be pressed again. Ya'll ask for too much out of context sometimes. It like the focus has to be square on our needs too much, for the rebel, when ya'll don't say shot to the people directly pandering and drawing their power from you.

yeah obama is a centrist who pretended to be liberal. i'm definitely down to criticize him for it and that's just one of many lies he has told.

i agree with everything else you say. i'm not really asking for him to do it, but i think it creates a major disconnect with many black voters when he mentions the native american atrocities.

Don't be over sensitive about that shyt. People have talked about slavery, and done nothing about the growing divide, every since we could vote. Let the Native Americans eat for once. We don't hold our officials to the fire that get elected off of us, so let's not start sandbagging and begging the noble White man for shyt again. His agenda will help everyone, after a rough transition period, and his record speaks for itself.

What we should be more concerned with is getting off the bottom of every economic and social chart. Had our older generation had the discipline of the Civil Rights movement and not got into drugs, gangs, kids out of wedlock, and killing each other...we either wouldn't need reparations or seeing that slavery still put us behind in progress, while we had more Black officials and Supreme Court justices that got it (90% of Blacks we elect find ways to use their position for profit and sell us out, or they want to be White and join the GOP); then reparations would already be discussed.

We fukked that up. I know I'm going to get heat for saying it, but our actions are not in some bubble. We likely got many GOPers, who exploited crimes, elected.

LOL he not even losing bad

u dont consider florida a big state?

like i said everyone knew she was going to lose big in WA, she lost big in 08 to obama too... u are getting way too gassed up this win, if he wins states on april 19 and 26 will be something not today.
My apologies. Forgot, or couldn't compute, that he lost by that much there.

u guys been saying that for months.:heh:
That's because he's been building momentum for months, if you consider he had no name recognition, and was dead in the polls last October. Also, I only picked key races to call momentum, and have been EXTREMELY fair on what I was seeing. I've also called him dead before.

This feels a lot different than the other races, and the demographics here is what is coming up for Bernie next, race regardless. There are a lot more educated and affluent people, in general, as well as those affected by trade agreements and Obama did the TPP in secret, as well as nearly signed Keystone.

Georgia by 43 points - 8th most populous state
Texas by 32 points - 2nd most populous state
Virginia by 29 points - 12th most populous state
Florida by 31 points - 3rd most populous state
Very fair points. Forgot about FL, the only state that really matters. He doesn't need VA to win in the general and the other states are irrelevant to Democrats, so they prove NOTHING.

Doesn't need FL, if he can get Ohio and PA, which he will.
