Black Canary originally wore a blonde wig until she decided to bleach her hair blonde. Huntress is your stereotypical Italian white woman from NYC who's daddy is a Mob boss. Any white actress could play the role. The Huntress on Arrow was played by an Australian

I actually liked that birds of prey tv show, but I was like 9 when it aired.

Anyway I'll believe this news when production actually starts.
