Seeing this tonight. No expectations.
Harley Quinn is not making a billion, breh.
Another billion by DC, right after "JOKER." And another billion this Summer with WW84
You want DC films to flop so that you want Marvel to monopolize with their lame PG 13 humor.
I can see it doing anywhere from 300-500 million which is still good since the budget is less than 100 million.Harley Quinn is not making a billion, breh.I can see it doing anywhere from 300-500 million which is still good since the budget is less than 100 million.
It already has great word of mouth that everyone is entertained. No real bad reviews yet and people willing to see it.

He's still right though. A billion dollar movie for February is rare. Black Panther is the exception to that rule and that was a cultural event. Harley ain't no cultural event. If it gets Deadpool money, that's a W. Especially since it has stiff competition the rest of the month and next month
, a Men in Black film flop, and other films just got eaten up by MCU films.2019 was a lot harder to have blockbuster films than 2020, by far. Last year, we seen a Shaft film flop, a Men in Black film flop, and other films just got eaten up by MCU films.
A shaft film made 19 years after the last one, a men in black film made years after the most recent one, and part of a franchise looking at diminishing returns. You need context to those, sir.

I’m just saying the movies you named mean nothing to this current generation of fans. Who is shaft to them? What is the men in black? That shyt doesn’t move them. Maybe a few of course but as a whole those IPs mean not a damn thingOther films underperformed, too. 2020 seems to be on the lighter end with the amount of blockbusters dropping this year.
2021, yeah, thats another story.
