I agree with this but WWE just did the same thing with Liv/Rhea and to some extent the whole JD in general.

Rhea tortured Liv, even put her on the shelf for months. Liv come back to get her revenge and somehow Rhea the innocent sympathy deserving babyface and Liv is evil

Priest bullied all the dudes in JD, even putting hands on them, they finally get tired of him and somehow he becomes the innocent one

Trish Stratus was a fitness competitor & athlete already.

Plenty of fitness models were getting into wrestling like Kimberly Page & Gorgeous George & all of them in the late '90s.

Mariah May is just a British hot chick.

She wouldn't have CHOSE this line of work.

I don't think she has a sports background & she's not like Tammy or Sable who had a boyfriend/husband bring them into the business, I think.
