Legalization is coming.
There is too much money to be made legalizing it and too much money spent pursuing people for it.

I just helped elect a local politician down here in Texas who is promised to lessen crimes for marijuana citing the money and time spent on it. Her opponent, a republican, also co-signed her on that issue.
People are tired of sinking all of the time, money and effort into it.
I've heard as much as 60% of the population is in favor of it. This number is only going to continue go up as time passes.

These states keep falling one by one. Even if Repubs wanna try to act tough on this issue, they are on their last legs.

Because its not the same thing, they made sure to write it into every legalization law I've seen that you cant smoke in a public place. You cant do anything in dispensaries even, they kick your ass out.

I think legalizing it provides taxable dollars that can go to schools, rodes, etc. it will also for the most part rid us of these frivolous possession crimes
