Footballers are generally better with their money than American athletes. He'll be aight.

But yeah - upkeep on that crib isn't worth it IMHO. Just good for weekend fun. Like someone else said, he's probably renting that joint - even if it was £50k a month, with his salary at £170k a week he's doing good.
