yeah it should be at least 70-75k but the city of Coral Gables has such strict building standards that maybe that's the biggest they can go, not sure

can we just dismiss Mario. I dont wanna be stuck with dude. Brady is a MIAMI native as well. Mario better not think he the top choice over Brady. He highly mistaken
