I did like four races after that. It wouldn't let me join your races though for some reason..I'll try again.
Just got the game Friday. Couple design decisions I don't like, for example I see what they were trying to do with the horn item. It blocks the blue shell so if you get it you want to save it if you get the lead. Only problem is that the horn is probably the rarest item to get, a lot rarer than the blue shell and more importantly a lot more rare than the lightning item, which when used against you removes the item in your inventory. Almost every time I get the horn I get hit with lightning before a blue shell is used.
Also the CPU gets good items while in front, not just coins.
At this point I find myself having more fun in 4th place and using items to take the lead than I do actually playing in 1st.

If you preorder a game for $1 at Target, you get $15 off Mario Kart. That currently makes it a lower price than Walmart and Amazon. You can cancel or just not pick up the preorder.

Down to my last few coins. This game comes with a free download of Pikmin if registered by the 31st, but I'm not much of a Mario Kart fan. Should I buy it?
Just cop the game, download Pikmin, then sell it
