she shoulda taken the plea deal and she would have been out

FOH, look at the large picture. In Florida, they make you plea or take the verdict, a plea is a admission of guilt. Even if u innocent , you either going to take a plea deal from the state which in reality is a conviction or you going take the judge's verdict

Her plea was as low as two to three years and she wasn't going to serve that whole time either. And she is guilty of firing the shot AT him, not in the air so she is guily in that regards. She didn't deserve 20, but she wasn't innocent like we've been led to believe.

two/three years even as a plea is still a guilty admission which is a felony

The chick ran out the house to HER CAR, came back in and fired a "warning" shot.

You stole thunder cause that was my next point. She had a chance to LEAVE and call the cops or/and get help but didn't. I'm not saying she shoulda been hit with 20 off the top, but she was not completely innocent

perhaps. but what if that bullet struck someone? it was dangerously reckless and she should be punished for it.

so convictions should be based on "what ifs" instead of what actually happened? i mean she broke the law mos def but 20 years for firing a warning shot? :comeon:

20 years is excessive, but some people here are trying to make her out to be a martyr when it looks like she's a crazy bytch with a short temper.
