killing deer is legal, killing/torturing dogs is not. That's all there is to it

And dogs are only held higher than deer because cacs say so, which means there's no real legitimacy in the hierarchy. In my family's country one can as easily kill a dog as a deer. There's at base no difference between a deer and a dog; they're both animals and either both should be punished for killing or neither.

And who makes the laws? I'm not disputing the law; I'm saying it is unjust and arbitrary. The only reason the law doesn't punish for killing deer is because some country folk like hunting, torturing and killing deer. Is this a fair way to craft a law and then hold people's head to the fire for breaking?

Ehhh they were already trespassing and they didnt want to shoot anymore without alerting anyone. Let it be known that deer was going to die and since Favre is a good old boy im assuming he knows how to hunt and shoot so they probably shot the deer clean through a lung so either way the deer was going to die by suffocation. Like another breh said deer gets hunted so it won't be a big deal, now if it was some other non hunted animal then yeah there would be outrage but not this time.

Sometimes you got to use logic and not your emotions Hate to say it but this and the Vick thing is two different things
