Very impressive although not necessarily surprising. Mean Mark is probably a top 5 all-time WWE athlete. Maybe even higher. Hell, maybe even right behind Brock.
I'd rank him higher than Brock he's a world record holder in weight lifting
He's competed in the Olympics twice
And won medals in the pan American games and a plethora of all types of gold medals/first place trophies

Weightlifters tend to have surprisingly high verticals cause of how they train... Shane Hamman is the US record holder and in his prime was like 5'10" and 350 and I read he had a 36" vert

Every time this kind of thread pops up, I point people to Mark Henry's Wikipedia page. Dude had the greatest nonwrestling WWE resume by a very long distance and he put in most of that work before 25. :damn:
