he didn't say anything bad about curry? :what:

he said don't go into the gym and just shoot threes because "you're not steph curry", work on other aspects of your game. that's what he said. he also said curry isn't simple a shooter and went on to praise him for all the other shyt he does, again making a point to kids not just focus on their three point shooting while ignoring everything else.

i don't even like jackson, but they're twisting his words here. :francis:

i guess you can understand what he is saying. by all these kids in HS jacking up 3s. i mean my nephew plays HS ball & i see all these 6'6 kids playing like they are steph. looking soft as fukk because they rather camp out instead of getting down in the post & using their size. but i guess you take the good with the bad with Stephs game. he is the star of the NBA. so of course kids are going to want to play like him. it really comes down to the coaches to let these kids know that they have to do more then shoot 3s.

i know he sounds bitter but you can see what Mark is saying. :manny:
I agree with mark. He's simply saying that their is more to the game than 3 pointers

On KRS One's nose, eating sunflower seeds.
Classic case of people getting more caught up in the messenger instead of the message. I agree with he said. Let's be honest a lot of those shots curry throws up, it would get a lot of guys on the HS, college & nba level benched. It's just so happens he makes a high percentage of them. Curry has way more than just jackin' up three's and jackson acknowledge that.

And Mark said this EXACT thing during the game, with Jeff in agreement.

High schoolers and pick up n1ggaz been jackin up 30 footers for the longest now.
THIS.

I made that thread about the best HS players you saw in person, and the most impressive thing about the stadnout players is they literally shoot distance with ease.

They stand on the perimeter and it's target practice.

And to be honest, dudes will find out REAL fast that they aren't Steph Curry. You can dunk a ball with the efficiency of Lebron or MJ.....but Curry shooting is a differnt level

However if there's anyone kids should try and emulate its Kawhi Leonard. He's the embodiment of hard work. His shot was broke at SD State and now hes a top 5 player...and plays within a system of team basketball. All business and hard work. Love his game.

Brehs am I reaching but is this somewhat the equivalent of Jaws saying "he's hurting the game because he's throwing 50 yard touchdown passes 50% of the time"

Sounds like the fool who said it was bad when Babe Ruth was hitting homers like crazy back in the day

The NBA does a shyt job of diversifying its stars. Can't blame Steph Curry if the NBA decides to make him the sole face of the league rather than mixing its stars.
:wtf:

The NBA promotes Curry, Bron, CP3, Griffin, Harden, Westbrook, Durant...they tried to push AD and Lilliard. They'll probably push Drummond, Greek Freak and Wiggins more next year.

Curry gets the most coverage because he's the face of the best team in the league.

That's just the aftermath of being that good at what you do...

A million and one lame ducks will copy your game an use it in vain...

This phenomenon happens in almost every aspect of human societies...
