Never thought Sanchez was that bad. He is better or at least just as decent as some starters in the league who are making good money.
Thomas jones rushed for 1400+ yards with sanchez.
And shonn greene was the biggest part of our offense in the playoff runs. As soon as greene got hurt in the afc champ against the colts the game was over.
Holmes won several games himself in his firat year and weve yet to have a deep threat better than braylon since he left.
Not to mention, we had the #1 defense,#1 running game and the best o line in the league.
Literally all sanchez had to do was not suck and turn the ball over. But he did.

Breh I think literally every one of those players besides maybe Keller and Cotchery were well past their prime when Sanchez had them
da only player on my list that was past his prime was the LaDainian Tomlinson

Sanchez was playing with a top 5 defense for the first 4 years of his career And he had muuuch better weapons and a better line. How is this even a question at this point?
Yet that dude got worse every year and could barely average over 55% completion![]()

A top 10 draft pick qb in his 5th season beimg slightly better than a 2nd round qb in his 2nd season doesnt mean much.the texans was missing 2 of their starting corners and cushing was out too tho....
but does seem like sanchez is slightly better than geno which isn't saying much
TJ was in his prime when he got there? He was like 30 by the time he suited up for y'all. Santonio is probably the biggest stretch, but he never reached that level he was at in Pitt. And Braylon ain't do shyt for the jets.da only player on my list that was past his prime was the LaDainian Tomlinson
And with that said; he is still better than Geno Smith![]()

He turns the ball over way too much
Geno's rookie year vs. Sanchize's rookie year (with better weapons and a vastly better defense)
Geno:
55.8%, 12TDs, 6rushing TDs, 21 INTs, 66.5 QB rating
Mark:
53.8%, 12TDs, 3rushing TDs, 20 INTs, 63 QB rating
You were saying??![]()
Yes and his squad did him no favors. Remember whwn Alex Smith turned the ball over a lot? He's 5-3 right now. All it ties is to be in the right situation.
Sanchez was done no favors. Was he good? At times. Is he good now? No. But I never thought he was as bad as folk made him out to be. Anyways, Jets have no clue how to develop a qb. Wonder what both those QBs would have done on smarter teams.
