What the hell are you doing being a Sport Commentor in town for a Game but decide to play Traffic/Parking police with an Old Truck Driver. He was obviously going to file a lawsuit as he should, but I don't think him going after Fox (Obviously the lawyer trying to get the big fish) is going to get him anything. It would be an absurd precedent to set that just because someone works for your company that you are liable for them when they are off the clock. I'm sure the lawyer is going to try and argue that Sanchez never would have been there if Fox hadn't hired him, but that would be an awful ruling if that were to happen.

Any employer would start an internal investigation before firing a highly paid employee. Any halfway decent investigation is going to take close to a month.
