I noticed this a while ago, but a lot of the biggest celebrities have crazy schedules and are somehow able to sleep early.

Mr. Rogers barely watched TV, went to sleep before 10 and woke up early the next day to go swimming.

Pretty sure Tom Brady goes to sleep earlier than that.

When you have things going on, you can afford to do that.
