Mark Wiens and Food Ranger

Anyone else watch their videos? They both travel and review food, and goddamn does it look good. Mark Wiens is more international though, while Food Ranger focuses mostly on China (though he goes other places too). They eat good on a constant basis, it's making me want to travel or at least hit up the ethnic enclaves near me.

But I prefer Food Ranger, since he doesn't sugar coat everything he eats. He gives an honest rating for everything. He ate a scorpion one time and gave it a 0/10 and said it tasted like dog food, for instance.



This is the one I watched most recently, and almost everything he tries looks great. Except the tripe, I'm not a picky eater at all but I don't fukk with offal.

Agreed, that shyt is annoying. It's more valuable to us if he's honest and doesn't pretend every last thing he eats is 10/10, including grasshoppers.

Food Ranger is better but his videos are more China centric. The food there does look piff but I would appreciate more variety, especially places I can realistically travel to.
