I’m not asking to make a point, I’m asking out of real curiosity because this energy is out left field imo. Cuz if we demonizing this man to this extent just cuz he tries to look tough and throws a few elbows and not no actual foul play that could seriously injure someone I’m not understanding the sudden avalanche on Kieff. At least in the case of Marcus, he had a real incident with a superstar player that could’ve resulted in serious injury in the case of Luka and that first Clips/Mavs series. Pat Bev is another case I could somewhat understand cuz he’s also been accused of injuring players and doing the most.
All I said was that the way people are overly celebrating and laughing it up is akin to racist white folks that love seeing Black people get their comeuppance. And that a lot of posters bemoan how soft the league is and want 90s play but obviously have much different feelings when it comes to players that play that way. So much so that people will look the other way at the MVP of the league doing the same.
