I didn't understand Marley Marl basically doing Biggie's Long Kiss Goodnight beat over that Rza produced


They both came out in 97... was this a case of producers flipping the same sample on accident or did CNN specifically tell Marley to use that sample since Biggie was getting at PAC on that joint and CNN was responding to the Westcoast on their joint??

ye is obviously modern and can be lablled as more polished etc, open minded with selection (due to moving with time's and technology)..but marley created a sound, he brought a wave of greatness in hip hop.
