an alleged assault could be any number of things, even nothing but accusations from someone trying to get a check.

this thread turned out a lot more interesting than it was when i first clicked on it this morning 
That was a separate incident...
I know that was my point
and when he got lifted for DUI in that separate incident he blew a .1 and there were accusations of foul play on the officers part (basically profiled him)

What I did, it wasn't a good thing at all. It was pretty bad, but at the end of the day, all we did was kiss. And my motivations were fueled by the attraction I had to her. We fell in love after they were separated and now I couldn't be happier with the life I have.
Sure, i`m not perfect, to kiss a married woman is a pretty scumbag move. Now if you want to add the narrative of it being a perfect family I broke up and ruined the lives of people forever, that's up to you, but I know the reality here.
