he probably just doesn't give a fukk and would rather take a 50k fine then talk to reporters. I can't say I blame him, but I'd probably do the bare minimum to not get fined
some people dont like talking to people who smile in ur face when everythings all good, but then lose a game or two and they're stabbing you in the back, questioning ur character etc.

Goodell is awful but this rule been around forever in many leagues, a part of being a pro athletes is media obligations.
Orrrr, you consider that you make millions of dollars so you can afford to do what you want. $50K is a small sacrifice...maybe he just wont buy that new Mercedes
