I gotta agree here a bit. Living in oakland, the market for restaurants like that just ain't there no more, plus the restaurant biz is pretty cutthroat in general with high overhead and low profits. even "upscale" and/or once trendy spots getting closed - ozumo, pican, gregoire, etc. I'd be behind this for almost any other type of business tho.

That business couldn't have cost him much. With his sponsorships, and NFL contract, i'm sure he's fine. Not to mention that article about him saving most of his money, but I guess we don't buy it because he isn't white.

Him buying the restaurant will probably drive up sales, and if not then i'm sure he can handle the monetary loss. No need to be Debbie Downer or a hatin ass nikka.

Marshawn Lynch was one of my favorite players in the league and I liked him since his college days but he's quickly becoming one of my favorite people. Even my mom likes him.
