End of the day, he's a black guy from Virginia (semi-south) who kinda looks black but kinda doesn't look black, played QB, played baseball, and has a white wife.
I'm sure at some point in his life given his appearance he's faced racism, at some point he probably faced racism as a black QB and as a baseball player(of which there's very few nowadays), and add to that him dating a white girl. I'm sure he's had a fair share of racial issues in his life but is probably comfortable in who he is.
