I hate the Seahawks but dude is literally one of the most if not the most powerful backs in the NFL. He is not easy to replace.

Frank Gore is the oldest RB on the top 10 list and it's incentive heavy. dude has hit those incentives but that aside, Marshawn Lynch has literally bailed out Seattle, without Lynch they have 0 rings.
that's great and he's been rewarded for that with a lot of money over his Seattle career, but that's not a reason to pay him big money at the tail end of his career.
