He probably only left because he knew visa overstays won't fly anymore. Anyone who's visa status isn't in good standing is considered illegal.
:manny:
Those are the rules.

"Overstaying a U.S. visa can lead to deportation and significant immigration penalties. Individuals who overstay their visa, or violate its terms, can face deportation proceedings, re-entry bans, and future visa denials".
Cuh you can't Google your way out of discussions you know nothing about

His work permit expired
Not his visa
There's a big difference

I was told illegal immigrants only work in agriculture according to Democrats.
:mjlol:
If you are a professional worker you or your employer tend to get your shyt in order. And this dude is quitting because he will become illegal not because he is.

He wouldn't have become illegal until his visa expired
Work permit expiration by itself doesn't make anyone illegal

It's like talking to fukking 3 year olds on those forum

I stand corrected it wasn't his expired visa but his work permit. The end result is still the same you have to leave.
:yeshrug:
How is the end result the same?
:dahell:
nikka got bread
He could have stayed for as long he wanted
They were actually begging him to stay and wait for his green card
But he was the top dawg
Without his permit he couldn't lead his employees, the company, attend meetings, make important decisions etc
That probably frustrated him and he decided to retire
He went back to Canada, not Jamaica or Haiti for God's sake

Illegal as in working without the right to work. Should’ve worded it better as I didn’t know that I was in court :manny:

They wanted him to stay home and wait for his green card
He decided to retire and leave the country
He was working there back when Biden was President and they still played games about his green card
fukk em!
Dude who had the job before him committed that

Replace him with a coli and see what happens
