My initial reaction was with disgust that Martin and the rest of the black dolphin players allow Richie to say the n-word freely and comfortably. It had nothing to do with Martin being the victim because I didn't know the details. Also I recall mentioning if they have that kind of relationship that needs to remind each other of their race, then that's them. But I think such a relationship is lame and is not really a "friendship." Because when they are both with other friends of the same race, then I'm sure they don't do that
