If you do a reboot, you have to get all new actors and I don't know if that would work.
The last season and a half of Martin wasn't actually bad at all, it just wasn't as amazing as the seasons before. It's Wire Season 5 status, still fantastic television, just not at the heights it was before.

This. The show ended because Tisha and Martin had a falling out a she accused him of sexual harassment. Now everything is good?? Hard pass. I’d be open to a Martin like show with a new cast, but the original cast’s time has passed.
remember Tisha and Duane filed for bankruptcy a few years back so I doubt she would turn down this if it was real.
I doubt they would be all touchy-feely like they were before, mainly because of this.
Besides, Martin lost his edge as a comic a loooooong time ago.
