Normally I would agree with this....because I have zero faith in the judicial system....but this guy is a fukking moron. To put it into perspective he defrauded millions of dollars and, not only did he not lay low, he immediately raised the price on AIDS meds so the entire world knew who he was. Then bought the most expensive album in history.

The street level equivalent would be robbing a bank and then stunting on IG with the money.

So while I doubt he'll do any jail time, his career is in shambles. He's one of those criminals that loves the spotlight more than actually getting away with the crime. Which is why he's on Twitter beefing with rappers, instead of dealing with the company he started (KaloBIOS) going bankrupt, or the $65 million lawsuit Retrophin hit him with. Never mind the FBI.

They made an example out of Madoff, and will do the same with Shkreli. In fact he might have it even worse considering the way he has acted. Lets not forget those people he has defrauded. We are talking about investors who are more connected, and have more money.

from what i can remember reading, cilverings told the guys that he was recording a secret wu album that was going to be released around the other wu album a better tomorrow, he paid them for the verses a year before it was sold, but im not sure if him or rza said that the everyone gets to eat after if someone pays

None of them really had a problem with it being released. The most vocal one was Meth and even he was like "eh, it's a dumb idea but whatever". Most of the other members haven't said anything about it.

Ran up the price of an AIDS drug and waved it in the face of the government on CNBC and got to trending on twitter. If you are into business news like cnbc & bloomberg...he was the hot topic for a good minute. he's business world and healthcare famous.

Then he bought the wu-tang album and got trending. Then the government investigated his ish and found ponzi schemes with his money moves/accounting!
