Martin Vs Fresh Prince vs Family Matters: Let's put this to bed.

Martin was hands down the funniest of the sitcoms.

Fresh prince had more layers though and was technically better

Fresh Prince was a better actual show than the other two, and it's not really that close.

Martin gets a lot of love because it was by FAR the funnier show in terms of moments. Don't let that blind you from the fact that from a quality/subject matter standpoint, Fresh Prince reigns supreme.

Nothing can beat this when it comes to TV sitcoms.

I know people who legit get emotional at that scene because of how close it hits home for them. ​

Martin falls off during season 3. It can’t be the goat especially after that abominable season 5

Main reason i picked Fresh Prince.

Martin was funnier but the overall better show was Fresh Prince. Despite the comedy being built off roasts in both usually.

Both classics tho, both I watched as a kid.

Family matters was cool but i mainly watched for the bytches

You can’t compare Martin and fresh prince because they are different shows. Fresh prince was not strictly comedy Martin was.
