No joke, I'd be down. He can pull off the look, and when he tones down the shenanigans, dudes not a bad actor. It'd be interesting to see at least. I been waitin on this movie since that Dr Strange animated joint. I know Marvel ain't known for their animated movies like DC, but everyone should check the Dr Strange on on Netflix. Bodies gettin dropped(not to the extent of flashpoint, but still enough).

That was quick...according to Deadline there is no truth to this rumor. Supposedly Depp was approached a long time ago about Dr. Strange but that the meeting went nowhere.
