Reginald Hudlins story makes no sense. If wakandans have consistently been depicted to be against outsiders of African descent entering Wakanda then how is some little blonde haired blue eyed white boy gonna be king? Them Wakandans ain't fully want accept Storm as Queen or Gentle as a regular citizen but we supposed to believe that Johnny Quest can be the black panther?

Still, his parents are Yoruba so he could probably nail the generic "African" accent required or sound like a Black Brit that sprinkles in some pidgin. He's a bit shorter as Chadwick was 6'0" and he's 5'9" but that's not a deal breaker.
