Did y'all not read his backstory? He was an NBA player who over indulged in the lifestyle of a famous, rich athlete. Now that this thing happened to him he can no longer partake in the lifestyle. He's going to have to struggle with never being able to have a body of his own anymore, and jumping into others bodies makes him retain some of their memories.

If u read the whole article, the premise sounds interesting. Is it as fun as reading 21 yr old mobster Jackie Estacado use his Darkness power to get what he wants after enjoying fukkING bytches without consequence before he got the power? Only time we'll tell.

:mjlol: Marvel's attempt to expand into the "urban" market.

I think In Marvel's business model...there are ovbiously black comic book connoisseurs (such as myself) and that number is growing...and with that came a more inclusive number of black prominent characters in the Marvel U--Old and New

They've revived Black Panther and Luke Cage from being supporting cast members to individuals with their own histories and featured storylines within the mainstream....and they've introduced a few new BIG ones (Miles Morales...the new black/hispanic Spiderman....Moon Girl (black female)..the smartest person in the Marvel Universe....and RiRi Williams (black female) as the New Iron Man over the last 5 years or so.

This isn't really about getting black people as a whole...this is more to an attempt to reach out into that black market, inner city type who's uninterested or feel that some of these current black characters aren't relateable....

And yes, the cold hard reality is that many inner city black youths love basketball. Is it a play on stereotypes if there is some truth to it?

The new Black Panther has been a smash success.

Is the black basketball superhero gonna have a sports analyst hating on him Jonah Jameson style?
That would be funny to have a Stephen A Smith type dude on sportscenter talking about "He's a menace! And bring me highlight reels of Draymond!"

They should make a villain called the flopper.
Everytime the cops are around he pretends the hero assaulted him and he gets away with robberies while the hero is arguing with the pigs. :russ:

He is 7'1 with a Serbian acccent... and a purple and silver skintight bodysuit. And he wears a crown with the #12 on it.
At the end of the first arc we unmask him and its
Doug Christie's Wife using a voice changer and stiltman's boots :mjlol::mjlol:
