What do you mean "Real Doom"?
RDJ is playing the "Real Doom" of the MCU next year.
Doom and Reed Richards will interact in Doomsdays and Secret Wars in some capacity.
They are not using another version of Doom for the MCU after these movies unless it's RDJ's version.

People hope that Secret Wars is a hard reboot on the MCU and that it will be used as a way to recast, reintroduce or simple start over with all of Marvel's big franchises (Mutants, F4, Avengers) so they don't have to depend on older actors to reprise their roles. .The MCU is a long running linear storyline like Star Wars and Jurassic Park
.They will just move the narrative focus to X-Men characters and Fantastic Four with new Avengers characters like Shang Chi, Sam Wilson, Thunderbolts etc and older ones likes Thor, Spiderman and Doctor Strange occasionally appearing or crossing over.
