Marvel Studios’ ‘The Fantastic Four: First Steps’ (7/25)

This was kind of solid. I dunno I think the golden age is over, which is fine. I think we've past the Ant-Man/Eternals level of trash and have settled into some high tier mid with some of the recent releases.

What was the golden age though? Most MCU films fit right in with this at a 6/7 out of 10 with a half a dozen exceptions.

Thunderbolts ending credit scene will probably be the beginning of Dooms film as he somehow figures out how to crossover to the MCU. The FF fly over to catch him

I dont like this. I had seen people theorize that rdj's doom was from another universe because doom wasn't even mentioned at all in this movie. Latveria was mentioned but not him. Doom wasn't mentioned when Reed was trying to babyproof the world from villains for his son and when the whole galactus thing was happening reed never reached out to him or vice versa. So what was he doing the whole time when the earth was facing destruction? Seems like kind of a big plot whole considering doom's ego. Saving the earth would've been a great way to one up reed. Also, if Doom is from the same Earth as the fantastic four in this movie who is going to be doom after rdj?

When compared to Superman, FF4 had higher highs but Superman was a more consistent movie throughout

I'd straight up say the opposite seriously.
