I'm hoping that we get a return of Galactus at some point. I hate that he had to be the catalyst in this. Felt cheap to use him like that. Kind of reminded me of what went wrong with the First Class movies. Where they started making each film a one off of a storyline that could have been their own trilogies etc. I get not wanting to make him just appear like another Thanos but, Galactus needs a better usage overall for this

Feige isn't dumb enough to bush Galactus.
Its a LOT to add to storytelling without it being astory ABOUT him again
I think it was a perfect use
They had options to really do something different with the ending and they just sort of mailed it in to be honest and was a bit too focus on trying to being a good Fantastic Four movie instead of being a compelling comic book movie with real stakes or consequences.
They played it as safe as possible and that was kind of boring.
We got Spider-Man next and they are already pushing back on it being a high stakes movie. Then, Avengers.
If they are Hiding RDJ to spend significant portion of Doomsday of RDJ pretending to be Tony Stark. I might have to turn in my MCU card with such lazy shyt.

Imma have to watch again via pirate to confirm but I think I hate this movie. And its not just Pablo as Reed that gets on my nerves. This feels like those Fox xmen movies, but worse. I nodded off until they meet the big guy
I prefer self contained stakes within these stories….like a comic book. Save that other shyt for the megamovies and crossovers.
With that said…the stakes were pretty fukking high…he was going to EAT earth

I am sure this has been discussed before but I don't think RDJ is the real real Doom, the way I THINK they are bringing us Doom, you cant do the traditional build up bc there will be a swerve down the line
