The way Marvel is trampling DC now in terms of gross and brand recognition, Disney would never sign off on a collaboration. No point in providing the competition the free marketing.
Outside of looks infinite played well. I couldn't play more than a few minutes of injustice

This'll never happen. Also, I'm sure it wouldn't be anything close to MVC speed-wise since Ed Boon said he could barely keep up with games like DBFZ and MVC 
And outside of Story/Content, Injustice 2 is ass. MVCI's main issue was shyt artstyle (looks like Marvel's mobile games) and a shyt roster. The gameplay was light yrs ahead of Injustice 2. It just did bad in every other area that mattered. Already knew the game was in trouble with no X-Men. That was a huge blow.
If it had the budget, time, and care Remake 2 or DMC5 had, it would've turned out a lot better.
