Homeboy won't even hire a GM. Lewis is doing ok despite that and has the bengals going in the right direction. Getting a coach like Belicheck, owners like the rooneys, or QBs like Manning and Brady is similar to winning a lottery, and Mike Brown wouldnt know where to buy a ticket. I can't excuse Lewis' past regular season history, but i like what i've seen out of THIS current team. They just need more consistent QB play in the playoffs and then the sky is the limit.
