I could see DC emptying out in the coming years if those at the bottom of the socio-economic ladder start moving into MD for better jobs.

For those of you asking, yes Baltimore could easily handle it. You guys been watch too much of the wire lol. Anyways central Maryland (Baltimore and dc suburbs) can handle it.
