Look I live in MD. I work for the state. These are the things that need to be done to end this crisis. There is no martial law coming. National Guard is being deployed to make sure people ain’t out here acting dumb and to assist with those who are sick. National Guard has been deployed in emergencies of far less urgency in the past decade, such as when they were used in response to the Marathon Bombings up here. This is simply procedural.
